Other, more adventurous persons may like to make up a certain route around their local parks, river banks or villages. Whatever you decide the big thing is to get the sustained cardio workout you need in order to burn fat

One thing you should not over look is the need to maintain body fluid levels whilst working out or exercising. A rate of between 300ml and 1 litre per hour consumption is normal and should be adhered to so as to avoid dehydration.
