How to Burn Fat
Obviously, when it
comes to losing weight, and shaping up, the ideal option is to
burn
fat, and as much as you possibly can. In order to burn
fat you need to become seriously active. This means doing
enough physical activity to raise your heart rate above 120
bpm (beats per minute) and keep it at that rate for at least
20 minutes. This is needed to get your blood pumping fast
enough and your cardio- vascular system working hard enough,
to actually dispose of (burn off) fat.
After approximately
twenty minutes of raised cardio function the fat reduction
begins to occur. It needs to be understood that the ONLY way to
burn off fat is through physical exercise. There is no other
way. Now bear in mind, at this stage, that the sustained
physical activity does NOT have to be running on a treadmill,
or high speed cycling on an exercycle. It can simply be brisk
walking, but NOT strolling. It needs to be sustained and it
needs to be something which raises your heart rate to at least
twice its normal rate. Brisk walking is an excellent option,
provided it occurs for a minimum of at least 30 minutes, at
least twice a day and every day.
The first 20 minutes
of any cardio workout will only get the heart beating at a rate
which can begin to produce the desired results. Every minute
after that is what will actually do the work of removing the
fat from your system
So, this is the bottom
line. If you are going to burn fat ( the healthy way) you are
going to need to do physical exercise, in the manner described
above. The only other option, really, is to go on an extremely
strict diet AND do exercise. Either that or use products
specifically designed to help you achieve your goals
safely.
There are several

Fat collects in the
arteries (blood vessels). In particular it collects on the
walls of the main carrier arteries, such as the aorta (the main
blood vessel at the base of the heart. What this does is reduce
the internal diameter of those vessels, which in turn restricts
the amount of blood (and therefore oxygen – as oxygen is
carried in the blood) which can pass through the heart at any
given time. The result is a condition called
Angina
The symptoms of angina
are breathlessness under light exertion, a severely in creased
heart rate under increased load, and sweat production under
slightly increased load. Other factors are also used to
determine if angina has been contracted or not, however these
are the main tell tale signs
Anyone who has a
weight problem (especially if it is severe) or who has not been
involved in regular physical activity for a sustained length of
time (minimum six weeks) should consult their GP before
undertaking any exercise program. If you ask yourself how to
burn fat, and you think you can just dive right in and start
immediately, without putting yourself at risk of a heart
attack, you may need to think again
