Everyone who has ever come to the
realization that they have a weight, or body shape, problem

afraid to learn, do not be afraid to admit that you do not have

Fifth: You may have to spend some money to
find the answers you are looking for. I know whenever I want
answers and I don't feel like researching for days on end, just
to get that vital part of the equation I am missing, I am only

Sixth" You need to be realistic about the
process of weight loss as a whole. Think about it. It simply
does not make sense that the 10 kg (or whatever it is) that I
put on over a period of 2 years is just going to disappear in a
few weeks. More than likely it will take at least a few months,
and then only after some very serious hard work and
discipline

least you
need to realize that weight loss now means a combination
of both exercise and diet.
