Everyone who has ever come to the realization that they have a weight, or body shape, problem wants the answer to the big question “how to lose weight now”.

The fact of the matter is that there really is only one safe way to do that and the bad news is that there are no instant fixes. People can go starving themselves, start substituting water for food, start smoking or dropping diet pills.

Second:    Accept the basic fact of life that in order to reach your goal (no matter what it may be) you need to become self disciplined.

Third The only way you are going to start losing weight is if you START, and that means TAKE ACTION. If you want to lose weight NOW then start by taking action NOW. As the old saying goes 'there is no time like the present. Action is the magic word.

Fourth: You may have to get some advice, possibly from an authority site, on the matter. Do not be afraid to learn, do not be afraid to admit that you do not have all the answers and that other people CAN help you.

Fifth: You may have to spend some money to find the answers you are looking for. I know whenever I want answers and I don't feel like researching for days on end, just to get that vital part of the equation I am missing, I am only too glad to shell out a bit of cash to get my hands on an instant solution to the problem.

Sixth" You need to be realistic about the process of weight loss as a whole. Think about it. It simply does not make sense that the 10 kg (or whatever it is) that I put on over a period of 2 years is just going to disappear in a few weeks. More than likely it will take at least a few months, and then only after some very serious hard work and discipline
