Excess weight, for men, as opposed to

as woman can be highly focused on being able to FEEL a certain
way about themselves.

opposed to woman. There is a natural tendency for men to be

So, weight loss for men is different
in its component structure compared to weight loss for woman,

to remember is that no matter what sex you are, healthy ways to
